By constantly challenging our thought processes and concepts, and those around us, we try to push the boundaries of our knowledge. We do not believe in ultimate truth and dogmas and we keep on asking. We are not afraid to change our perspectives in the dynamic intellectual ecology. Olívia is a positive skeptic, lecturer and author of the Future Skills concept. She teaches in Slovakia, abroad and on campus. Her brainpower helps clients like IBM, Lenovo, Dell, Swiss Re, Allianz, PWC and many other companies. In February 2019 she was awarded the Lecturer of the Year title with a record 21 nominations for her extensive effort in the field of education.

Matej has years of experience from some of the leading advertising agencies in managing projects and teams for the Slovak and foreign brands like Telekom, Orange, LIDL, ČSOB, Poštová Banka, 365.bank, Zlatý Bažant, Innogy, Škoda, Swiss re and others. He graduated in applied psychology and he constantly attempts to push the boundaries of his knowledge.

The IOrigene Project presents a tool for the analysis of genetic predispositions for the Future Skills competences in the DNA of the individual.
"The HighBrõws agency delivered a Leadership Development Program for a Diverse and Inclusive Environment to members of the leadership of the University of Economics in Bratislava (the Rectorate and its departments), as well as to deans and vice-deans of its faculties. A particularly valuable asset of the program was the scientific foundation behind every piece of knowledge shared during the training. Learning with HighBrõws is an experience rooted in the appeal of insights and the precision of their delivery. The format of the content is thoughtfully tailored to the phases of learning and to the participants’ readiness. With both care and reliability, it guides participants from “not knowing what they don’t know,” through realizations, to the desire to question and transform their own beliefs. My thanks go to Olívia and Matej for enabling us through well-founded scientific hypotheses from global research to recognize our own boundaries and, in doing so, refine our attitudes toward the boundaries of others. As a result, we are now more attuned to the opportunities that diversity creates, and because we are a university we are better equipped to cultivate an environment that fosters cooperation and learning. I believe that one of the butterfly effects of this program will be the experience of a naturally diverse, inclusive, and multicultural environment at the University of Economics in Bratislava – for students, teachers, and researchers alike."

At the Forbes Business Fest, Olívia spoke about the skills that help us stay grounded in a turbulent world — where technology learns faster than people and information grows faster than wisdom. She emphasized the need not only for new technologies and tools, but above all for new ways of thinking.
