The “Illusion of Rationality” module will help you understand how the human mind works during decision-making and it will clarify why rational arguments are seldom enough. The issue of human decision-making is based on the fact that our thinking is constantly affected by certain tendencies that have evolved in us, but in today’s world, they often lead us to irrational and erroneous decisions. We will take a closer look at the distortions facing us in our professional and our private life.

Based on more than 60 years of research we know why we say yes to some people more often than to others. Together, we will test the universal principles of persuasion that operate on a subconscious level and we will discuss the psychology of persuasion based on knowledge of behavioual economy and social neuroscience.
