Virtual colaboration from neuroscience perspective.
Why is it often difficult for people to work with other people virtually without direct physical contact? The answer lies in our head. Through the knowledge of neurobiology, we will shed light on the potential pitfalls and barriers that come with a virtual form of team management and learn how to eliminate them. If we understand how to predict people's expectations and needs and manage to set up all cooperation in a way that respects the neurobiological assumptions of this form of cooperation, we can increase our effectiveness, build trust, commitment, keep people motivated and, last but not least, save resources.
